How we use personal information:
Personally, identifiable client information is used exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling orders & providing customer service before, during & after the order is fulfilled under the ‘Contract Basis’ of lawful processing, or where hyble is provided with data by a client & act as a Data Processor in order to fulfil & service orders. Personal information we hold may include names, addresses, email addresses & telephone numbers. Where hyblecollects personally identifiable client information directly, it is erased seven years after any applicable orders are placed, or upon request.
Where your information might be stored:
hyble will never share personally identifiable client information with third parties for marketing purposes. hyble will only share personally identifiable client information with third party Data Processors when required as part of the ordering process, for example with cloud IT providers. All such third parties are physically located within the EU.
